1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and/or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Filmopixel offers a wide range of professional film production services, tailored to meet the needs of various projects, including but not limited to the following:

• Film Development and Production: From conceptualization to final execution, Filmopixel takes pride in offering end-to-end film production services. Our team works closely with clients to develop ideas, write scripts, and plan every aspect of production. We handle everything from casting, location scouting, equipment setup, to directing and filming. Our goal is to bring your vision to life on screen with the highest quality standards.
• Pre-production Planning: We provide comprehensive pre-production services, including scriptwriting, storyboard creation, casting, location scouting, and organizing the production schedule. Our team ensures all aspects are prepared before filming, ensuring smooth execution throughout the process.
• Post-production Services: Filmopixel offers high-quality post-production services that include video editing, sound design, color grading, visual effects, and motion graphics. We work closely with our clients to polish the final product and deliver exceptional results. Our skilled editors and post-production team bring creativity and precision to every project, ensuring your film stands out.
• Commercial and Promotional Video Creation: Whether you need promotional videos for your brand, business, or product, or commercial advertisements for TV or digital platforms, Filmopixel specializes in creating compelling and visually captivating videos that capture the attention of your target audience. We craft messages that resonate with viewers while maintaining brand integrity and style.
• Event Coverage and Documentation: Filmopixel is experienced in documenting events, conferences, product launches, corporate gatherings, , and other special occasions. We provide professional video coverage to capture every moment, ensuring that each event is preserved in stunning visuals and sound. Our team also offers live event streaming services for audiences who cannot attend in person.
• Corporate Video Production: We create high-quality corporate videos that effectively communicate your house’s message, mission, and vision. Whether it's an internal training video, a promotional house profile, or a product demo, our team ensures the video aligns with your corporate identity and helps achieve your business goals.
• Documentary Film Production: Filmopixel has experience in producing documentaries that tell powerful stories. We assist in research, development, filming, and editing to craft documentaries that educate, entertain, and inspire. Whether covering a social issue, historical event, or cultural phenomenon, we approach each project with sensitivity and a commitment to storytelling.
• Music Videos: We offer creative and artistic music video production services for musicians and bands. From conceptualization to filming, editing, and final delivery, we create visually stunning music videos that align with the artist’s vision and enhance the music's impact.
• Animation and Motion Graphics: Our creative team can develop animated videos and motion graphics for various purposes, including explainer videos, advertisements, brand logos, and visual storytelling. We combine creativity with technology to produce stunning animations that engage and inform audiences.
• Drone Filming and Aerial Photography: For breathtaking aerial shots, Filmopixel offers professional drone filming services. Whether for scenic shots, property tours, or action sequences, our experienced drone operators capture stunning visuals from angles that were once impossible to achieve.

Filmopixel prides itself on its ability to adapt and deliver on a wide range of projects, and we are committed to meeting the specific needs of each client. We ensure that every project, large or small, is executed with the highest degree of professionalism and creativity. Our goal is to bring exceptional value and artistry to every production we undertake.

3. Intellectual Property

All content created, produced, or developed by Filmopixel, including films, videos, scripts, audio recordings, designs, photographs, and any other creative materials (referred to as "Content"), are the exclusive intellectual property of Filmopixel, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. This includes both the raw footage and the final product produced for clients and collaborators.

By engaging with Filmopixel's services, clients acknowledge and agree that Filmopixel retains full ownership and all associated intellectual property rights to all materials created during the production process, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a contract or license agreement.

Any use of the Content created by Filmopixel outside the scope of the agreed-upon purpose, including but not limited to commercial use, public distribution, reproduction, or modification, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Filmopixel. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or distribution of the Content will be subject to legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, and any other remedies available under intellectual property laws.

If the Content is licensed for use by clients or collaborators, the terms of such licenses will be clearly outlined in a separate agreement, including the scope, duration, and geographic limits of the license. Any sublicensing or transfer of these rights is prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Filmopixel.

Clients agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices placed on the Content by Filmopixel. These notices are provided to protect the intellectual property rights of Filmopixel and its collaborators.

Filmopixel also retains the right to use any Content for promotional purposes, including portfolio displays, marketing materials, and online platforms. Clients will be informed in advance if any Content will be used for these purposes, and Filmopixel will ensure the appropriate credits are given unless otherwise requested by the client.

Filmopixel respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and will not intentionally infringe upon any such rights. In the event that any third-party intellectual property is included in the Content, Filmopixel will secure the necessary permissions and licenses for its use. However, Filmopixel will not be held responsible for any infringement claims resulting from a client’s unauthorized use of third-party materials provided by the client for inclusion in the final product.

All rights not expressly granted to the client in a contract or license agreement are reserved by Filmopixel.

4. Payment Terms

All services rendered by Filmopixel require a written agreement specifying the cost, payment terms, and deliverables. Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule. The following details apply to all payment-related matters:

4.1 Payment Structure

The payment for services will be structured as follows:

• Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total project cost is required to initiate the project. This deposit secures the booking of Filmopixel's services and covers preliminary work, including conceptualization and planning.
• Progress Payments: Based on the project timeline, progress payments may be required at specific milestones. These payments will be outlined in the agreement.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before delivery of the final product, unless otherwise specified. All final payments must be received before the final deliverables are provided.

4.2 Payment Methods

Payments can be made through the following methods, unless otherwise agreed upon:

• Bank Transfer (Details will be provided upon request)
• Cheque
• Online Payment via [Payment Gateway]

Any transaction fees associated with the payment method will be borne by the client.

4.3 Late Payments

Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule. If a payment is not made by the specified due date, the following provisions will apply:

• A late fee of 1% per day will be charged on overdue amounts.
• Filmopixel reserves the right to suspend or halt services if payments are not received within 15 days of the due date.
• If the balance remains unpaid for more than 90 days, Filmopixel may take legal action to recover the due amount, and the client will be responsible for any additional costs, including legal fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

In the event of project cancellation by the client, the following terms apply:

We understand that situations may arise where the client may need to cancel a project. However, to ensure fairness to both parties, the following cancellation policy is in place:

• Cancellations made within 7 days of project initiation: The client will be eligible for a 50% refund of the initial deposit paid...
